The Lumen Carrier
A cinematic journey through a living vessel carrying the last shared light

Premise
A keeper carries a capsule of stored light into a living ocean vessel. Crossing its ribbed interior reveals a society sustained by shared memory—and a decision about whether the last light should remain protected or be released.
“The last light is not fuel; it is shared memory, and the Carrier decides when it can return to the world.”
Challenge
What the study had to solve
Create a short cinematic proof in which one object, one protagonist and one living vessel remain legible across macro, medium, architectural and panoramic shots.
Audience
Who the world must work for
Genre-film, streaming, game-cinematic and immersive-media audiences; recruiters looking for visual continuity, camera judgement and a world that can sustain a sequence rather than a single frame.
Narrative / design architecture
A sequence with consequence.

04Discovery / The living interior
05Society / The gathered keepers

Production-aware next step
How the concept could become a working brief.
Further development would lock capsule proportions and Carrier anatomy, create a shot list with focal lengths and camera movement, maintain protagonist costume and face, define dry-for-wet versus underwater behaviour, map interior geography, plan practical and CG light interaction, design sound signatures and establish editorial duration and transition logic.
